Since2015
Our beekeeping history comes mostly from hands-on experience and training through the Austin Area Beekeeping School. I am a member of the Fayco Beeks (Fayette County Beekeepers Club), and the Central Texas Beekeepers Association. I served as the Marketing Chairman and Presenters Chairman of The New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Honey Bee Jubilee. I am a lifelong nature enthusiast, Certified Master Naturalist, Certified Interpretive Guide, Master Outdoor Leader with Texas Parks and Wildlife and Former Vice President & Board Member of The Friends of Stephen F. Austin State Park.
When not tending to honey bees, chasing bee swarms or restoring the habitat on our property I also work with local landowners in creating Wildlife Management Plans for their property.
