The abundant amount of various Texas wildflowers in our area ensures a consistent honey crop considered to be one of the best in the Country.
Cedar Hollar Honey sells only 100% local honey sourced from our apiaries in Austin, Fayette and Colorado Counties. We typically “harvest” around Labor Day in late summer when nectar and pollen sources begin to dwindle but enough remains for the colony to replenish their honey supplies they need for winter.
Our customers can be assured they are using only 100% pure local honey. No post production, additives or flavorings.
The entire process from extracting the honey from the raw comb through bottling is performed in a clean environment to ensure only the finest, purest honey for our customers.
